Saskatoon's July Sales Stay Strong

The number of sold homes in the city of Saskatoon held steady from June to July. Overall the number of sold homes in the city continues to outpace both 2009 and 2010.

What to expect in August: Generally in the "number of sales" category, August seems to always be a very similar month to July.



Out of Town Sales
Out of town sales dipped quite a bit in July but still remained higher than July 2010. A stark contrast to 2009 when sales in July actually went up. That said, overall this continues to be a very strong year for out of town sales.
