Sales Prices

The average price month to month has dropped again but this does not mean prices overall are dropping. In fact as you can see in the second graph prices are staying strong. The strongest they have been in quite sometime. In 2010 the average price at this time was 290,000. Where as no it is $15,000 higher.

What to Expect in August I expect August to be a bit of a rebound month in the average monthly prices which will also increase the overall average. Only time will tell.



Out of Town Sales Prices
The out of town sales also continue to hold strong and steady through the summer months as they usually do. The out of town market has shown to be on a gradual incline the past three years. The fact this incline is so gradual makes for a very healthy market.
