to be the month with the lowest amount of Sales in 2011. The number of new listings also
dipped to the lowest it's been this year. Don't get to worried out of towners. This is normal for this time of year and if the sale/list charts are any indication it should mean that you can list your house for a little more money in December than you could in November.
