City of Saskatoon Listings Dip in July

Listings in the month of July dipped to the lowest numbers since February but there is no need to hit the panic button as every year July has proven to be a slower month. In the past is has also marked the beginning of a gradual slowdown as we approach the cold season (I don't mean germs).

What To Expect in August: Over the past ten years August has created a life of it's own. There have been years where August has been a bounce back month for the number listings and other years where the gradual slope down continues. My expectation for this year is that August will be a little bit better than July in the new listing department.


Out of Town Listings
As opposed to the city the out of town listings stayed strong for the month of July. Seeing a small increase of 8 listings from June to July.
