The out of town numbers reflected the Saskatoon Sales numbers as they also were higher than July rising from 96 to 118. It is not out of the ordinary for out of town sales to rise in August as this has been the case 3 of the last 5 years not including this year. A possible explanation for this is people wanting to get settled in to the new location before school starts up for the kids.
What To Expect in September: Every September has been slower than August in the last ten years with the exception of 06' when there were two more sales than August and 09' when there were 11 more sales than August.
