The amount of listings in August rose slightly from 603 in July to 629 in August. It is down just slightly from August 2010 when there was 644 listings and up drastically from 09' when there were 517 new listings.
The overall listings to date are a little head of 2010 (5,032) with 5,165.
What to Expect in September: September is a start to the winter slow down. Kids are getting back in school and people are starting to settle in for the cold season. There should be around 50+ less listings in the month of September.
As opposed to the city the new listings in the Saskatoon are trended down slightly. Going from 259 in July to 247 in August. The overall out of town listings is well ahead of last year (1,891) as we sit at 2,036 to date.
